i am ridiculously happy. last year was hard, but it was the kind of year that pays off in the end, you know? this one will be fabulous. got promoted, am going to the gym and not smoking.

also, thanks to Very Special Someone i have a shiny new macro lens. and by shiny i mean it's the best thing ever :] only the laptop is being repaired so it'll be a little while until there's anything to show you.

i hope this will be a wonderful year for all of you.

Non-writing, minimal picture taking and in somewhat of a mourning period (no, no one died, but seems as though they have).

On a good note, macro lens is the best thing ever! :w00t: I LOVE mine! Also, they make great portrait lenses so don't forget that!

oohh be careful! i used to never be able to wait to move heavy things, and moved stuff myself out of sheer stubbornness.. made for some dangerous situations :p painting is awesome.

i won't forget! and it's good to be missed ;) got my macbook back so will probably look 'round here more. it's so busy at work, though, that by the evening it seems the last thing i want to do is be in front of a screen :p :hug:

Yeah, it can be tough to work on a computer all day, then feel like you have to do the same thing for fun. It is good to keep in touch with people around here though, there are some great ones, and one of them is you :)
